SHIPPING POLICY

Physical Books

Physical books are printed and fulfilled specifically for each order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after production and are estimates only; delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@valiiaco.com. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Digital books, online courses, video lessons, and other digital products do not require shipping. Access or download instructions are provided electronically after purchase.

If you have not received access to your digital purchase or experience any issues, please contact us at hello@valiiaco.com.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
